EXCLUSIVE LAUNCH @ NYCXDESIGN WANTEDDESIGN FCINY's Zero Waste Bistro

Join us for four days of food and design that will help make our planet healthy. The Finnish Cultural Institute in New York has invited chefs from the Helsinki-based Restaurant Nolla to bring their zero waste food philosophy to New York. Co-curated by Harri Koskinen and Linda Bergroth, and designed by Linda Bergroth, the bistro builds on themes of circular economy, new material innovations and sustainable design.  Featuring the launch of DURAT Palace.

Friday May 18, Press Preview at 5pm and Opening Celebration from 7pm to 10pm (By invitation only)
Saturday/Sunday/Monday May 19/20/21, 10am-7pm
Tuesday May 22, 10am-5pm
No entrance fee for trade registrations
Two-day pass public tickets available for Saturday and Sunday
